Label for outgoing mail
Just like I have access to an icon in the toolbar to label incoming mails, I would like to label e-mails that I am about to send out.
Currently, I can do it only after the fact by finding the mail in the sent folder, but this is inconvenient.

I frequently receive emails from new customers, or new people at old customer accounts. It is a huge help to able to easily add a "customer" label to an incoming email (and all future incoming emails.) I would like that label to be attached to any mail I send to those customers. When I assign a label to an email address, I think it should attach to all future incoming and outgoing emails.

It would be nice if Outgoing email at least kept any labels applied to the original email received...

Yes, especially for threads/when replying to an already labelled email.
