Option to disable stars, folders, and labels features
For the people who don't use these features, they're only taking up visual space, and making the interface more complicated. It would be nice to have the option to disable these features altogether.

Yes, it should be possible to deactivate some of this features if they are not used. It shouldn't be hard to implement, since it's more of a functionality related to interface display.
