I second this.
As someone in 3rd world country, doesn't own nor have access to proper destop or laptop, and our only computer is a phone, managing rules and sieve via mobile browser isn't optimal. Furthermore the JavaScript sieve editor on mobile web is obnoxiously buggy with input lag or doesn't register input at all.
Please don't alienate us that can't afford a proper pc.
