Allow snooze for any email/conversation, not just those in Inbox
Right now, the snooze function only applies to emails that have arrived in the inbox. It would be very useful to also be able to snooze emails elsewhere if follow-up is needed. For example, if I originated an email to someone and it's in the Sent folder, I may want to follow up a week later if there has not been a response. Snoozing to have this bump back up in my own inbox would be very helpful in that case.

This should be easy enough to implement and it would be a great quality of life improvement!
In my previous email client I mostly used snooze on sent messages to remind me to follow up if an issue hasn't been resolved until a certain date. Super useful

Same. I create draft email and snooze it to remind me to do a task.
