24:00 notation for iOS
In Calendar is only a PM /AM time notation now. I prefer the 24 hours notation (International Standard ISO 8601 )
thanks
Important: this feature is already available on WEB and ANDROID.
Planned for iOS
For web: go to Settings > Account > Language and time > Time format
For Android in the sidebar go to Settings > General > Time format

I'm a Canadian user (time zone EST), I'm ok with the American localization, but as a matter of fact, the time is wrong (nearly everywhere in the world ;) ).
An email sent at 2 pm (my local time) shows as sent at 7 pm, which is not even Swiss time (that would be 8 pm).
It's crucial to allow localizations for time zones, please make that happen, Proton Team. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with your service! -

I think this is an essential feature. Every time I have to search for something I'm confused / frustrated by having to read the date stamps in US format.

Please add this feature and bring us away from the Americana-PM/AM nonsense. :-)

Yeah, this is very basic - I mean, what's the date format in Switzerland...? Not, m/d/y

Why not just use the new HTML 5 time and date input tags?

I am a new user to protonmail. The missing 24H option could be a "deal breaker" for me, and is a 100% issue for ever going towards the paid version !

It is very difficult constantly switching between mm/dd/yy and dd/mm/yy which all my other programs and sites use. I am dyslexic.
Please implement the option to choose date format.

Yes please... I'd luv to be able to set the date to day/month/year and the time to the location I'm in. If this is currently possible, I haven't yet found how to...

I'd love to be able to customize the date/time display any way we want and have an option by default to auto-detect based on our browser-reported region/timezone via JavaScript.

Having to use MM/DD/YY is disconcerting.
DD/MM/YY option please

I'd like to lend my support to this idea too. The default should be locale specific, as well as making the date/time formats user customisable.

Yes, PM web mail should allow user preferences for date format (yyyy.mm.dd or dd.mm.yyyy or mm.dd.yyyy) and also time format options for 12 or 24 hour format.
