Add random connection button to Chrome extension

Would it be possible to add a random connection function and button to Chrome's extensions, like the Windows apps have? Thanks.

Because I need to keep changing IPs, and I don't want to use the same IPs again within a day.

    I can understand if the extension can't randomize every time at browser startup due to limitations. But having a random button when selecting countries would be nice.

    How very exclusionary. The firefox extension users would also like this button too!
