I don’t know how this can be done in a security conscious way. Proton drive doesn’t know what proton mail has and vice versa.

Dedicated IPs seem to be against proton's mission statement. I understand how useful they are for regular use but I vote no against dedicated IPs for now. Lets get other problems fixed up.
Dedicated IPs are the illusion of privacy, especially when the government has automatic subpoenas for a copy of their metadata.

Currently all three of these systems have feature parity; the gap is in terms of UI, and this is something that we have in our plans to close.

Per https://mullvad.net/en/blog/stable-quantum-resistant-tunnels-in-the-app it would seem that quantum resistant VPN tunnels can be created and deployed. This was back in April 2003, has there been any news/status of proton doing this?

lol, this one is common sense if the username can’t be reassigned.
Unless there is a server cost for inactive accounts?
