add servers in Uruguay
Hi,
it would be very useful for me to be able to access streaming content only available there, and it is one of the few South American countries without servers

In addition to being able to access streaming content from that country, as a developer living abroad but working mainly in apps for Uruguayan market, it would be very useful for me to have this possibility, for testing and analysis reasons. Other VPNs do have Uruguay among available countries, but I want to stay with Proton.
