    Censorship Resistance

    WireGuard Clients
    Poor. Its cryptographic handshakes are easily fingerprinted and blocked by state firewalls.

    Outline Clients
    Excellent. Designed to look like random, unstructured data or standard HTTPS web traffic.

    Client Configuration

    WireGuard Clients
    Uses public/private keys, endpoints, and manual routing tables (AllowedIPs).

    Outline Clients
    Simple token-based "Access Keys" (ss:// URLs) shared by an administrator.
