Split-Tunneling Fill Switch and Advance Kill Switch
Proton Unlimited has the best features compaired to other services, but needs to fix critical features with ProtonVPN:
ProtonVPN has a Regular Kill Switch, but for optimal security it needs to have an Advance Kill Switch (An advanced VPN kill switch is a security feature that prevents your device from connecting to the internet unless it is actively connected to a VPN server. Unlike basic kill switches that only activate when the VPN disconnects unexpectedly, the advanced version blocks all internet traffic even if the VPN app is closed, restarted, or during system boot-up and shutdown). ProtonVPN Split-Tunneling automatically blocks the Kill Switch from working; I cannot understand why Split-Tunneling blocks the Kill Switch, which is very unsafe for the entire VPN, a Kill Switch should always be activated and is critical when using any VPN. As of now if a IP blocks a connection I have to temporarily turn off the VPN to connect, which defeats the purpose of a VPN.

It is really annoying on Android to find I've been surfing with the VPN turned off. For me it would be useful if the Kill Switch blocked all Internet access if the VPN is turned off, with an option to override it
