Toggle to disable default calendar reminders
When I need to create a new event in Proton Calendar, I can do so super easily on desktop. Click on the day, enter a title, save and done.
I went and added a bunch of new appointments. All of a sudden I start receiving notifications for each one. It was very strange as I did NOT set any reminders. The calendar entry is my reminder, hence the purpose of a calendar.
After searching for a while, I found that when entering a new event, under "More options" there is a default notification set for same day, 15 minutes before.
This cripples my speedy workflow as now I need to hit the More options button to delete the default reminder. There is no setting to toggle off this default reminder that I can find.
My feature request would be to allow us to toggle default reminders, and also let us set what the default reminder setting should be. This toggle could live in Settings > Calendars.
If this feature existed, I could then quickly type in events without worry of getting an unwanted notification that I did not set for every event I enter. Thanks!
