Contact support with privacy preserving option such as PGP key
Add a way for customers to contact your support team in privacy-preserving ways, such as, enabling the use of PGP keys. This is important because when zendesk or (insert customer support platform name here) suffers a data breach, sensitive information is less likely to be leaked. This could be easily done by allowing users to contact the support team signing the email with their own PGP keys.

This would be a great addition! I have seen services like Nitrokey allow this kind of support or contact us methods, would be nice to do it for all Proton Official emails since it seems they are only Stored with Zero Access Encryption, I think having the choice of PGP for these emails would be a great step forward as well.
