Integrate a Notes app into the Photon Email client
I've been using a notes app for a very long time. Its one of the primary functions of all of my devices.
I started using Keep back before Google bought them. It was a great little app with the potential to be so much more....but Google lost interest in developing it.
A couple years ago, I decided I rely too heavily on Google products and that I would try to de-google. Replacing Google Keep was a primary concern.
I tried a few different apps that were in various states of development. What surprised me was that the interfaces looked ALOT like an email client. A space for notes with a left panel that showed various labels (or folders). The thought occured to me that I could use my email client the same way. I could create notes and save them as drafts in a Notes folder and various labels.
It worked ok for a while. It was a bit clumsy though. Then I learned about standard notes' affiliation with Proton Mail and I thought: this needs to be done!
Create an App that has email AND notes capabilities. An app that I can email a rich-text format note to someone on my contacts list.
Okay, more....give the app the functionality to share files across an email address...a way to collaborate on notes....and then publish these notes to the web, in social media forums like X and bluesky etc.....or as independent websites....
Just thinking out loud.
