Newsletters Disable Option
Please allow subscribers to disable Proton's annoying "Newletters" function. There is no reason for Proton to categorize emails in this manner unless you guys are keeping track of the types of emails people get and selling that info to marketers. It's invasive and akin to snooping on your part. If I needed an annoying "email categorizing" function, I would use gmail.

I absolutely agree with "Newsletters Disable Option", 100%. This is not only invasive but another box to clean out. If people can't clean out their inbox, that's their problem. Newsletters is an invasive trash collector.
I love Protonmail, however I have seriously taken steps to find another email provider just because of this feature. And yes, I do have a pay subscription with Proton. I don't want to have to do this but I'm at my tipping point with Newsletters and apparently I am not the only one.

These are the sort of intrusions that caused me to move away from gmail.

I agree with this post 100%. I can manage this type of mail by myself and don't want them pushed into newsletters where I may miss important info.
