Each agenda item should support:

- visibility controls: visible to all participants or presenter-only
- assigned presenter/owner
- optional notes for preparation

This would provide clear meeting guidance, help participants prepare in advance, and improve facilitation by turning the agenda into a live structure for the call itself.
