Until recently, Proton Drive allowed users to download files as PDFs using the Print → Save as PDF feature, which worked flawlessly. However, a few days ago, this functionality broke: the page formatting is now incorrect, and the generated PDFs are unusable. This is clearly a regression caused by a recent change.

I reported this issue to Proton support (request #4947856) as a paying user. The response was unsatisfactory:

I received a generic "we’ll fix it eventually" reply, followed by an immediate request to rate the support.

When I pointed out that the issue wasn’t even reviewed, the support representative suggested I download the file as a PDF - the exact action I reported as broken. This demonstrates a troubling lack of familiarity with the product they are supposed to support.

This is not a feature request - it’s a request to fix a broken, previously working functionality. Please prioritize restoring the correct PDF download behavior, as it is essential for many users
