All employees who are exhibiting "loser thinking" should get a raise and higher job security. I did not pay for employees to be abused or for insecure and hastily produced systems. I use Debian and Firefox ESR for a reason among other such highly tested and stable products.

Any code that is not thoroughly tested and explainable by a person responsible for it (or rather, a chain of people responsible for it) should be not be put into production.

Any manger or executive who pushes code or features into production without such testing and review should be fired for cause.

Proton should prioritize stability and security and that is done with careful writing of code, careful review of code, and careful testing of code, all before being put into production. Any tool that helps with that should be used appropriately, and nobody should be pressured into using tools that are unfit for the job or for the sake of using the tool because of pressure from higher-ups.

And codes of conduct and the like should apply to all. Higher paid people should be held to a higher standard...because their conduct affects more people and the business.
