[Proton Business] Admin Account Without Consuming a User Seat
In the Business plan, the admin (account owner) is automatically also a user and consumes a license seat.
It would be very useful if the admin account could be used only for administration (billing, users, domains, policies) and not consume a user seat or access end-user products.
Benefits /////////////////////////////////
- Clear separation between administrative functions and user accounts
- Improved security in case a user account is compromised
- Better license management and scalability
This model is standard in business environments and would make the Business plan more robust and secure.

Tails OS and Proton AG
I'll address this as a problem, not an opinion. First, the Proton Pass and Proton VPN Tor (Firefox) extensions don't work at all on Tails OS, and no Linux apps, especially Proton Mail Bridge, work properly (in .deb format). I know Tails OS is a Linux distribution focused on security and high-level privacy, but Proton and its privacy mission are excellently supported. Lumo should have its own privacy policy
Title.
All the other Proton product do (https://proton.me/legal/privacy). Privacy policies are obligatory in many jurisdictions.
Btw, in my eyes, the absence of this policy is a sign Proton is moving too fast with too little consideration given to important business decisions.

Link from proton.me to protonapps.com
protonapps.com is supposedly an official Proton AG resource, but there is no such indication or information on proton.me.
It’d be helpful for Proton to link to protonapps.com from proton.me to shore up confidence in the community that this is a website we can rely upon. Ideally, all download links would redirect to protonapps.com.
For example:
https://proton.me/drive/download would redirect to or be replaced with https://protonapps.com/#/drive.
https://proton.me/download/drive/macos/2.10.1/ProtonDrive-2.10.1.dmg would actually be https://protonapps.com/download/drive/macos/2.10.1/ProtonDrive-2.10.1.dmg.
This would also ensure that app downloads and link on protonapps.com are always up to date.

Add Anti-Bot Measures to these Suggestions
Bots seem to post here quite frequently, because they want to advertise links to random sites, but links are not necessary for the functionality of these comments, so I would suggest disabling links in comments, or only allow links to the proton.me hostname. Also, you could put a few honeypot fields into the registration form, as well as put a Web Application Firewall in front of the registration form, with a captcha. Firefox-first Proton Scribe Browser Extension
I currently use LanguageTool, although not only did they recently switch to reCAPTCHA, they've been using Doubleclick for longer than I can remember.
As such, I'd appreciate it if there were a Proton Scribe browser extension, especially because I've been planning on upgrading to Proton Unlimited, and it would seem more worth-it if there were a writing system bundled in.

Make Folders Smart - Don't move emails
Today all emails that are sorted into a folder don't show up in the mail Inbox. Which makes it super easy to miss incoming emails. Allow emails to be found both in a folder AND in the main inbox. More like how Smart Mailboxes work in Apple Mail.
And no, viewing emails in the All Mail folder is not an efficient alternative because also for example Archived emails are visible in All Mail.

Authenticator as a web application
I work in an environment that doesn’t allow application installs and doesn’t allow my personal device. I’d still like to be able to use 2FA so it would be nice to have Authenticator as a web application, no app to install. I could use Ente Auth for this but would trust Proton more.

Google Suite
Honestly, just copy everything Google does with their contacts, calendar, notes, tasks, etc. It's super frustrating that their suite of applications is as excellent as it is for such an evil company.
I'm finding it very difficult to make the move over to Proton because of missing features.

Create a to-do list app similar to todoist. With reminders and linked to our Proton agenda. That'd be really a killer app. You want to protect privacy. Can you imagine the private data companies get out of personal todolists? They know so many things we do!
