Please make it possible for proton pass NOT to ask again about saving password
When proton pass asks to save a password, it should have the function to not save and don't ask again. Otherwise it asks every time do you want to save password.

Every time I make a payment in my banking app it asks me to save my password, even though I used my fingerprint. This is so annoying...

I want to be able to exclude certain websites or the password field for specific websites.
For example it is convenient to have the login stored for ebanking, but I do not want the password be saved in Proton Pass. So each time I have to decline the prompt to update the entry, which is annoying.

Every time I access my secret folder it asks me to save my password. It's so annoying I can't turn it off!

I keep getting asked to save my Microsoft Authenticator code as a new password in Proton Pass. If I had an option to exclude the app that would be useful as part of this

100% this.
the MS Authenticator issue a number of people have mentioned is the biggest issue for me, but there are some others I'd like to ignore -

Same here for me. Not only in bank apps, but in many other apps that use passwords. All the other password services offers you to disable this function in android. Please fix this

I concur. This certainly happens with MS Authenticator, and in too many other places where Blind Freddy would know it is one-time use. Very annoying.

Very frustrating for my work authentication apps. Microsoft Authenticator and RSA Authenticator both cause a pop up from proton pass to "save password" every time I enter a code to authenticate a login on my work computer.

So true.
It could be as a third option to the actual Yes/No buttons or a tick-box “Remember my decision for this password” or even some kind of automatism if the “No, thanks” button is pressed 5x.In all case, a section in Proton Pass showing all never-stored passwords would be a plus too, to allow users to change their mind easily.

I need a way to exclude an app from Proton Pass. It continually prompts to save my one time MS Authenticator codes.

There are some places in my phone for which I do not want to store the password, I want to type it everytime. But each time I am on the field, there is the message to store it in the vault. It would be nice to tell ProtonPass "Do not ask me to store this credential".
Thanks!

I've been using Proton Pass on my Android 14 Galaxy S24 for almost 5 months now, and I'm getting really annoyed by the pop-ups. Whenever I'm trying to enter an OTP in an app, it keeps showing me a pop-up to update my password. And when I'm entering my PIN to log in to my financial app, it pops up asking me to save the password. It would be so much better if Proton Pass had a feature that remembered my preferences and didn't keep prompting me to update my password or save passwords for specific apps.

Proton pass does not work well with applications like Microsoft Authenticator. It keeps asking to update my MS account password everytime I use the authenticator app for 2FA. Ideally I should be able to opt out applications from proton pass to avoid unnecessary popups.

On mobile it asks if I want to save a password to Proton Pass, which is great.
However, it does this every time I use Microsoft Authenticator 2FA, where you have to put in the number shown on screen. It would be nice to have an option to "stop asking for this app".

Hi there, you can add domains to your pause list in the settings menu of the browser extension.

There are some logins that I definitely do NOT want to store in ProtonPass. No disrespect intended. There are some passwords that I want to stay in muscle-memory, that I want to keep in my head only. And as Terry said, it's better to keep 2FA separate from passwords.
It must surely be a fairly trivial addition to the system?

Some websites I do not want my passwords stored, but ProtonPass will keep asking me again and again every time I log in. I'd love a toggle to have it never ask me again, like browser-based form autofill features do.

I also want PP to stop asking me if I want to save the code I type into MS Authenticator.
