Safari Extension - iOS
Like 1Password and LastPass, add an iOS Safari extension so that autofilling in Safari is much easier and Proton Pass can save new or updated passwords within Safari, rather than having to manually copy the new password and go into the Proton Pass app to edit. I've seen some say that this isn't necessary because of the universal autofill within iOS, but the 1Password extension shows just how useful a dedicated iOS Safari extension can be, and I don't know that I could fully switch to Proton Pass (or any other password manager) without one.

This is not resolved: you’ve shown the macOS version. Baring in mind that’s done, virtually zero effort is needed to bring it to iOS as they’re functionally the same, you just need to bake it into the iOS app. Such a simple change makes the world of a difference

An Extension for Safari (iOS ofc) would be a game changer… Everyone who already used 1Password knows how important it is. I pay proton Unlimited, this feature is the most thing I miss!

instead of building a separate extension, using the existing autofill feature built into the Mac and iPhone to send fill passwords into safari.

Proton Pass paying user here. Switched from 1Password because I love the alias feature, but iPhone Safari is painfully lacking.
Want Chrome extension parity:
1. New accounts: Email/alias suggestions directly in Safari fields
2. Login forms: Auto-popup item suggestions like 1Password/Chrome
Current “autofill + manual app” workflow makes it worse than 1Password.
These 2 features would make it perfect. Please Proton, we love your vision! -

+1 when I want to subscribe to a newsletter, the way I get a hide-my-email is awfully long and complex without dedicated Safari extension. When I shall use the Identity feature on proton pass, it extends the usage into normal forms where autofill would make the feature usable on mobile.
1Password has it for that reason

As IpadOS is my primary tool, it is essential that this feature gets implemented.
Autofill for contact information and credit card is really missed and is only available when using a desktop Safari extension.
I used to have 1Password that has this feature, but as a EU citizen, I much prefer a local solution.

I’d love to see an extension for Safari on iOS? It’s essential for usage on mobile. I saw this idea marked as resolved, but it’s very much not available iOS and makes Proton Pass almost unusable 😭 Please add this!

Saving new logins (as well as generating/autofilling a new password) is a critical function.

This is very necessary for Apple mobile product users. App alone cannot automatically recognize and save new additions.

If I am to use this service on a paid subscription this is essential
