Add Proton Account or the email address used to register it to Proton UserVoice for logging in!
Please add either proton account or the email address it was registered with to Proton UserVoice for logging in.
Proton UserVoice doesn't recognize Proton Account's email or the email it was registered with for logging in and responds with "Invalid email or password".
If you use the forgotten password feature. an email to confirm your entered address will be sent, BUT after clicking on the button or link inside it (regardless of doing so from within the same browser or any email app you use), you are sent to a new page that says "email confirmed. you can close this page."
Now you expect to go back to the first page and continue the process of getting a new password, right?
WRONG, the page has not changed and is still telling you to check your email, and it will continue to do so for over 20 minutes. after which your email confirmation link has expired.
What about creating a new account then, you ask?
Well, you will be stuck at "confirm your email address" stage just like before.
You can only enter Proton UserVoice using your Google or Facebook accounts currently.
at least they have OAuth buttons and work just fine.
All the process of entering Proton UserVoice, Verifying the email address (both the ProtonMail address and the address I registered my Proton Account with) was done with firefox 137 (release edition, not beta or nightly), Microsoft Outlook app was also used to check my email and all links were also opened by firefox 137 as it is my default browser.

Uservoice is a separate tool; it requires the creation of a separate login.
