Authenticator groups
When you have many codes, it would we very helpful to have a way to group them. Consider to add a grouping feature, at least one level of grouping, to help users organizing codes.

This is a must-have once you have multiple accounts and want all of them to be protected using 2FA.
Call them groups or folders or whatever, just provide a way to organise them. One level is certainly good enough; otherwise, you get lost in them, and there are too many clicks involved to get where you want to.
