Add the vault export functionality to Proton Pass CLI

Having the ability to automate backups of your vault via the CLI would be great.

    For compliance-driven backups (for example ISO 27001 etc.). Manual export via the GUI doesn't scale. That need documented, repeatable backup procedures...

    Auditors expect an automatable, schedulable process (e.g. via cron) with a verifiable output and Recoverytest. A CLI export command (ideally with support for encrypted output) would be fine.

    Absolutely 100% critical to me switching.
    I use bitwarden now because their API lets me export a local JSON that I then encrypt and store myself in case the service ever "poofs away".
