Allow data export while offline
Please allow users to export their data while disconnected from the internet. The offline export capability is already on key competitors and is an essential tool for account security and disaster recovery strategies.

With the outage from today...I discovered that even though I can access my vault while offline, the ability to export all of my data to a CSV while offline was not available. If the data is available offline, I should be able to export it.
