It would be nice to link existing aliases their existing logins if separated. I used a different password manager and when I ported my existing passwords in, they did not link up with the already existing aliases in PP. if I try to link an alias the only option is to create a new login entry but I then have to transfer all my field over to the new login entry from the old login. This is a pain because i have over 300 to link up.
(I do like the idea of being able to attach my aliases to more than one login entry.)
