Soften up on "Session locked due to inactivity"
Some minor feedback.
Every time I come back to the password manager, I see a popup "Session locked due to inactivity" message. It is red and makes me sad, like I did something wrong. If I need to enter my PIN, I already understand why - I set things up to lock after a while. I don't think this message is necessary.3 votes -
Do NOT display a context in notes on main screen
Hello!
You should NOT display a context in notes, as you are doing now. Because YOU are proposing to use them as storage for PIN codes or something like this.
Also it will be good to have an ability to copy entire note with one button.

Show part of credentials notes field.
I'm admin and I use on some websites more than one account. The usernames often are cryptic like 'K132456' and I can't remember the proper assoziation to the real user. It would be very helpful to show a part of the notes field (maybe the first 10 letters), so one could find the right entry w/o trial and error.

Example:
Part A shared a vault with Part B and assigns Part B admin rights.
Part B should now be able to create new logins in the vault and setup email aliases on behalf of Part A, so that mails stays within the same setup and wont spread to numbers of shared attendees.3 votes -
Add an option to set account 2FA or add separate logins for full URL
Given an example of Microsoft tenants - currently for every "Guest" account, you are required to create 2FA.
Example:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/XY and
https://login.microsoftonline.com/AB

Usefull shortcut to copy data with other format
When we click to copy something like "credit card number" or "expiration date", there is some issue with the experience.
Exemple 1 : I click on my credit card number to copy it, that will copy with blank space like : 1234 5678 9123 4567, but some website just want the number without blank so that cut the last numbers => 1234 5678 912______
Example 2 : When I click on Expiration date, you give with format mm/yyyy, but every website uses the format mm/yy
So that so annoying, every time need to change by myself, I think a shortcut…

See whole title in Chrome extension
The Chrome Proton Pass extension displays a very limited number of characters of the login title. If I want to see the full title, I have to click the edit button.
It would be very useful to allow us to see the whole title. Perhaps by displaying it in a tooltip upon mouse over.

Web App should not sync session auto lock preferences
The Proton Pass web app should not sync the auto lock preferences with the extension.
Usually you want a short auto lock time for the extension, since it is used for shorts amounts of time (eg. filling or saving a password), but when you are using the web app you are usually doing something that may require more time (eg. editing a note, organising passwords ecc.), so you are forced to set a longer time for the auto lock every time you use the Web App, and if you forget to set it back you may have a less secure…3 votes -
Show vaults on the 'Log in as...' window
I use a separate vault for different businesses/companies. For some, I have different logins for the same site. e.g. Microsoft. But there is no way of knowing which login is from which vault. (Some sites I can identify the user name). But some sites the user name doesn't help. To work around this I have renamed the 'pass name'. e.g. Microsoft (ABC co.), Microsoft (XYZ Co.) But the field displayed in the 'Log in as...' window is quite small. Ideally it would show the vault and avoid these work arounds and time wasted in doing it. (I've gone back to…

Global Contacts in Proton Pass:
A roadmap to enable Global (persistent and the same across products) Contacts...- Create a new "item" type in Proton Pass - "Contacts"
- Create name, address, birth day, etc. be sub-fields.
- Create a "visible in Pass only" feature for "Contacts"
- In Proton Mail and Pass Settings create a feature to toggle on contact sharing with Proton Pass - this auto-populates Mail contacts to the "Contacts" section of Pass
- Allow for non-"visible in Pass only" Contacts to be searchable for sharing Calendars and Drive

Smaller overlay icon
I do really like the size and behavior of 1Password when opening a website, the 1Password icon shows up when I click in an input field and the icon is pretty small which looks quite aesthetic. But Proton Pass shows me a huge icon in the field as soon as I go to the page, even if I'm not interested in the field at all. I don't like that at all and another one would be great. I don't think it's just me, is it? D:

Standardize PIN code UI for mobile apps
I would be nice if the design for locking Proton Mail, Drive, and Pass was the same. It would make all of the apps uniform.

Increase note character count beyond 25,000
I've had some (very) long secure notes which were not imported from 1PW. It turned out that 25'000 chars is the limit in Proton Pass. I'd appreciate if that limit would be somewhat higher, say 50'000 characters.

"Last used" always visible, keep "More info" open when in a separate window
When setting up Proton Pass I imported from multiple sources and have many duplicates.
Since there's no option to skip/archive identical entries I need to go through them one by one, making sure to delete outdated ones when the pw has changed.
Last used is important enough that it shouldn't be buried under "more info", especially as showing that hides the rest of the entry.
Resizing to show all details at once is possible in a separate window, but "more details" needs to be reopened for every single entry which makes an already time-consuming task even more annoying.

Link Vaults to Firefox Containers/Chrome Profiles
I'd like to suggest the ability to link a Vault to one or more Firefox containers or Chrome Profiles.
This would be an improvement for people who use multiple logins for the same site, especially for work and personal usage.
This would not limit the selection, but would set the default. For instance, if you link your Vault "Work" to your Firefox container "Work" and you have two github accounts "Work" and "Personal", the "work" account would be the default for login and 2FA while using the "Work" container, and new passwords would be saved in the "Work" vault by…

Edit entry when launched via browser Android
When proton pass is opened via the browser you currently can't copy a password manually or edit a vault entry. You have to back out, go to the home screen then open your app drawer and launch the app that way to do those thing.
I've never seen a PW manager behave this way. It's obnoxious and breaks fundamental GUI & design rules. Yes its only a tiny waste of time but it's still a waste and makes no sense that it works this way.
