Make Autofill on Android work for Username/Email field
Currently in my Pixel 6 Pro (Android 13) in Brave Browser using Google Keyboard: Whenever I want to Login to a Website, the Autofill Option from Proton Pass does not show up on the Username/Email field, only on the Password field. So then I Autofill the Password and still have to type the Username/Email... Very inconvenient.

Domain URL matching rules
Proton pass should have URL matching rules like bitwarden. This makes it easier to handle different usecases.
For instance, at work I have different usernames/passwords on different subdomains and I would like to be able to limit certain credentials to specific subdomains and have others shared accross multiple subdomains. So that would be great to have a diffrent matching rules like:
- root domain
- hostname
- starts with
- regex
- exact match

Generate memorable password on sign-up forms
As of now on sign-up forms strong password are suggested, but not memorable ones. For memorable passwords I must create a new login directly in pp. It would be nice if i can choose that pp suggest memorable password on sign-up forms instead of random passwords.

solution for adding other password managers (like norton)
while the devs work on getting more password managers compatible here is all you need to do is edit your csv file in exel to the correct format.
1. dowload the csv from another password manager
2. try to upload it by clicking on its from another password manager.
3. it then tells you what order and the name of each colm need to be.
4. edit this in exel to be the exact name it says and order
5. upload it again and it should all word!4 votes -
Default password generator settings
Generate password generates passwords that are long, Some websites have limits on the length of the password. It would be nice if we can control the length of the password and also the kind of characters in the password(alphabets/numbers/special characters)

Allow for a custom or static sequence for randomly generated portion of alias
Currently, aliases are defined as follows:
[alias_title].[randomly_generated]@passmail.net
The difficulty I'm having is remembering email addresses when I do not have access to Proton Pass.
Rather than using a randomly generated alphanumeric sequence for that second part of the alias, use a domain verified with the account:
[alias_title].[your_domain]@passmail.net
Alternatively, assign a unique alphanumeric sequence:
[alias_title].[static_alphanumeric]@passmail.net

Display next 2FA token
If the remaining time on the counter is less than 5 seconds, display the next 2FA code.
After another 2 seconds, the next 2FA code can be highlighted and be the default copied value.

Allow for multiple login options for the same site together in one entry
Many of us have multiple accounts for the same sites...like gmail and other mail servers or social networks...maybe even financial institutions. The password app that I will have to continue to use is set up so that you can add several logins for the same site, and they all show up in a single listing. All of my assorted personal and work gmail accounts are kept together, so I can view all of them at once, listed with the addresses and passwords grouped under the account name for that email address.

I find that I keep having to change the length of my preferred new password. I'd like, as with Dashlane, to be able to save my preferences

Specify amount of special characters in random passwords
Bitwarden has a feature where you can specify the number of special characters and numbers that you can have in a password. I like to generate 24 character passwords with a minimum of 3 numbers and 3 special characters.

Use custom hosted domain for Pass-generated random email address prefill
ProtonMail already hosts custom domains with the option of a catch-all address.
Add feature to configure a hosted domain to auto-fill the email field with a ProtonPass generated random email address - while confirming the domain has catch-all turned on at configuration time.

Save suggested passwords
Pass often suggests passwords but when I choose the password, it isn't saved anywhere or pass does not prompt to save it and create a login.
So essentially you end up creating an account with a password you will have to immediately reset.

Search within a note itself
Right now, I can search to find a note that contains what I'm searching for, but I cannot find what I'm looking for within the note itself. I have secure notes that are very long. I want to search within the note to go directly to what I want or to go to every instance in the note of what I'm searching for.
