Proton Pass - Password Manager
How about a service like LastPass or 1Password to make it easy to store all passwords and secure notes either online and synced with other computers and devices, or locally on one device. A secure password manager using the best of ProtonMail/ProtonVPN services

Congratulations on the great launch! I've been using it since day 1 and very happy with it.
(Now still eagerly awaiting Calendar and Contacts syncing with desktops akin to ProtonMail Bridge)

I wholeheartedly second this app request. I have recently learned that Authy, my 2FA authenticator of choice, sells its user profiles to advertisers. I'm not sure why I was surprised, as they say, if the service is free, you're the product. This is of course true of Google authenticator, etc. Having a 2FA app that I could trust which maintained Authy's ability to sync accounts between devices would be a big win for me.

YES!
We absolutely need a Proton
Password Manager, Generator & Authenticator
I have seen comments to the effect that Proton should partner with Bitwarden. NO.
Proton would have a more comprehensive Authentication product & Partner in SaasPass.

Hi! what is the status of this idea? Is it an on-going project?

This is absolutely important for me, I use BitWarden, but I would love either a partnership with BitWarden, or a Proton password manager.

They should partner and integrate with Bitwarden!

You could just upload your password manager secured database onto ProtonDrive, that works the same. OK, since there's no auto-sync yet you have to do it manually. But overall, you get the security of ProtonDrive's encryption plus the security of your chosen Password Manager encryption and therefore double the work of a possible hacker.

We know that finding the best ghost writing services can be a challenge.
That's why we work hard to make sure our clients get the services they need, when they need them. We have a team of professional writers who are always available to help you with your projects.

Bitwarden is good, but ex MYKI was great, unfortunately stopped ... It could be great to have a Proton Password Manager which is very secure and with all the apps for desktop, browser and mobile.

The problem in PARTNERING with bitwarden is that they have their servers hosted on Microsoft Azure in the USA, under US jurisdiction, so the entire feature would have to be reimplemented on Proton's servers.
Also, another note: an extremely valid alternative to bitwarden would be Keepass. As much as secure, open source, and easily implementable (since everything is self contained in encrypted .kbdx database files).

That's exactly what I was going to suggest, I see I'm not the only one who thinks so. It would be a big plus

Bitwarden is quite nice indeed and it has the same principles for privacy as Proton have. I use it, and even though I would love a solution from Proton, I would not like to abandon it. A better solution would be a cooperation between Proton and Bitwarden, maybe a similar one with the cooperation that Proton had with SimpleLogin.

It makes no sense for Proton to partner with Bitwarden. I refuse to pay twice: ProtonUnlimited and Bitwarde Premium.
ProtonKey is a better, more integrated and strategically smarter product decision than partnering with another password manager.
And Proton has everything going for it: ProtonMail will integrate SimpleLogin to make it simple and easy to create aliases and with ProtonKey it should work similarly, being able to create a SimpleLogin aliases directly from the vault.
