Export CSV
If you please make proton pass export as (.csv), we hope to add it.
CSV export is now available from the Proton Pass browser extension.

To export as .csv would be highly important for me (a) for backup purposes (encrypted) and (b) as accessible file for my relatives in case of emergency. I can sleep better knowing my collected password data remains accessible.

To make the pw including Portal or App for the family accessible in case of an accident or illness

I need to be able to export to CSV then import into a completely off-line password manager for DR/BCP purposes and when traveling to adversarial countries that might impound or image the contents of foreigners' electronic devices. Currently I use KeepassXC on a bootable Linux image with encrypted persistence, so even if a user's devices are all confiscated they can boot up a working environment on virtually any cheap laptop they can beg, borrow or buy.

it would be a really important additional incentive to stay with proton pass in the long term that there is a viable exit if necessary

I have never trusted other PW managers, and am somewhat old school. GUIs and other impediments to updating/recovering this info is often a pain. CSV is less of a problem than the more "modern" cluttered data formats (json, xml, etc) where you spend more time generating the escort text than posting the real data. Export in CSV will facilitate
quick and clean massive updates. -

Please allow this.. I'm thinking of my spouse and all the work that would have to be done if something happened to me. Giving him a hard copy would be the easiest way to manage this.

Not being able to export CVS from Proton looks a lot like LOCK-IN. It also enable users to create a (protected) readable backup file (e.g. in excel) outside of Proton. This is the only reason I have not deleted LastPass yet.

Without the ability to export, it's much harder to move to a different manager. Coming here from LastPass was easy because LP could export a file Proton could import. Not being able to export from Proton looks a lot like lock-in. This is the only reason I've not yet deleted LastPass.

I would really appreciate exporting items to a csv format.
This would enable me to print all my logings including passwords.
My wife is not computer minded and in case something happens to me a printed (safely stored) overview would make life for her easier and would give me the assurance she (or my kids) wil be able to get access to my data in case I am not there anymore or not capable anymore.
