Vault Groups
Idea:
Add the ability to organize vaults into groups or collections as a means to organize the far left 'vaults' column. These could then be displayed as accordion style, collapsable headers. These groups would be user position-able (click and drag) with default position in order of creation.
Implimentation (what I picture):
In its simplest form, this could consist of four DB fields: Category/group name, Icon, and color, and associated vault ID's contained in the group. The '+' at the top of the vaults list would add a new intermediate dialog (instead of opening current vault creation dialog/view as it does currently.) This new dialog would contain two options: 'create new vault' or 'create new vault group'. If the user chooses to create a new group, the user would see a dialog similar to that of vault creation, only with the addition of the option to multi-select vaults to add to the group.
It would also be awesome to have the ability to share entire vault groups with others, too. Thanks!

That’s a fantastic idea! Organizing vaults into collapsible groups would make navigating large collections so much easier, especially for families managing multiple accounts. I totally get the struggle—keeping track of separate logins for each family member (and even the dogs!) can get messy fast. This would be a game-changer for managing everything efficiently. Also, speaking of organization, if you need a quick look at McDonald's menu, this might help: https://malaysiamenus.com/mcdonalds-menu-mcd/. Hope this feature gets implemented soon!

Damned, great minds think alike. I just wrote up a Feature Suggestion for vaults. For me, I need to group all of our family's eat-out accounts into one vault, "Eat Out -- Accounts". Then, group all separate accounts (say 5 to 7) for each of the following: McDonald's, Wendy's, Whataburger, Subway, Jersey Mike, Arby's, Panda Express, etc. Each of the 5 family members into a Grouped Item, such as "McDonald's Group", "Arby's Group", etc. Each individual account for McDonald's would be "MCD -- wife", "MCD -- me", "MCD -- son", "MCD -- daughter", "MCD -- dog1", "MCD -- dog2", etc. But, I don't like seeing 7 separate MCD accts in the Vault, listed separately.
Because we are moving from Lastpass and have 2500+ (easy) different accounts -- because apps require separate log-ins for each person. And, we've even got more with 2 dogs that build up burger points. So, it's 7 different accounts for all those places.

Agreed, a simple example: Allow me to segregate my work related passwords from my personal passwords and when searching in one vault not have the credentials from the other turn up as results. Maybe instead just a little line that mentions "more results found in XYZ vault". I'd also group for example credentials that I have shared with others".
I'd want the same thing for addresses and cards. Maybe a simpler way of implementing this could be creating a personal/work/custom profile toggle within an account.
