We need an option that allows us to easily identify items that are no longer used (for a long time period). I think this could be done in two ways:
1. With more granular lists: For example, items used today, last week, last month, last 3/6 month, last year, last 2 years, etc.
2. This can be complementary to the first idea and involves using AI to suggest items that appear to be no longer used and could be deleted.
