pass-cli
Hello I just downloaded pass-cli on the beta channel using the curl command provided at https://protonpass.github.io/pass-cli/get-started/installation/
To be honest I don't have any particular NEED for accessing the cli tool, but figured I would install it because who knows, maybe i'd find some use for it.Instantly I was met with an issue that frankly I find unacceptable from a company the size of proton... You release a brand new cli tool, and don't include a manpage... I get that the documentation is available online, and pass-cli help/ --help provide a tiny bit of assistance, but come on. I feel…

Proton Pass iOS Mobile - Create email alias (hide my email) on the fly in browser
It's super cumbersome right now to create a "hide my email" alias on iOS mobile in the browser. I wish it was possible to create one on the fly.
For instance, in iOS, when filling out email on a sign-up form, I get iOS's default iCloud "Hide My Email" option to create an alias on the fly. No ProtonPass option.
To create a "hide my email" in ProtonPass currently, it's a long multistep process. Long press the input and choose Autofill > Passwords... which opens ProtonPass. Create an entire new login manually in the app, generate the alias, then save…

Add predefined custom items categories (and icons) to the main categories
It would be very helpful if custom items would show up with their custom categories and icons (e.g. software license, bank account, driver's license, etc.) in the item list (and the filter option), rather than showing up as generic custom items with the generic grey wrench icon.

Make the generic csv import tool mappable to columns
The generic csv importing tool cannot be configured to read select columns into the proper field. As an example going from Ironvest the name Label column nor the domain name is not read into the proper name identifiers in Proton Pass which makes the import unusable.

Make emails found in data breaches case insensitive
If one of your emails has been found in a data breach in Pass Monitor, Proton Pass will currently only show logins where you saved your email in lowercase.
For example, if I have a login saved as My.Name@example.com, Proton Pass will say "Breaches detected for my.name@example.com" and the "Used in" section will currently be empty because it didn't match My.Name@example.com.
This is a request to show all matching logins in the "Used in" section regardless of case.

Display vault name or icon when displaying autofill options
Display vault name or icon when displaying autofill options. Currently only the entry name and username/email are displayed. If I have two identically named entries for different family members in different vaults, I don't know which is which during autofill.
Example: the username for login is a member number, which I don't remember by heart, then during autofill I'll see two identically named entries with login numbers, not knowing which is who.
Having the vault icon/name displayed somewhere as well would immediately tell me which entry I need to select to access that family member's account.

Why cant I import my passwords from Google? This seems obvious

Reduction of redundant confirmations for existing entries
When updating existing password entries, double confirmation is currently required. This slows down the workflow and offers no discernible added security value. A single, clearly understandable confirmation would significantly improve usability without reducing the level of security.

sync Generated passwords
I feel the Generated passwords (which is a very nice feature) should be synchronized across the board. Today, a password generated on the mobile app is stored there for 2 weeks, but it is not visible on the desktop app, even though the same function exists there. Synchronization of a newly generated password would be handy to, example, copy and paste into an application on the desktop or vice versa, or save it in the Proton Pass app from any device.

Import data from spreadsheet
I've used aWallet for many years. For reasons unknown, aWallet will no longer recognize my Master password. There is no recovery for the master pw.
I'm working on reconstructing the records and keeping that information on spreadsheet until I can get it into Proton Pass. I'd rather do this electronically rather than having to key the data there. I find no reference to such a feature in your help section. Can this be added relatively soon? If I missed the how-to, please point me in the right direction.

Sync between Proton Pass web and app
It appears that data on web version and android app are not auto synchronised. On other password managers (e.g. ESET), this is a basic feature. Appreciate if this auto-sync can be incorporated into Proton Pass.

reorder custom key value pairs
Allow for added custom key value pairs to be dragged and dropped in any order including above or below default key value pairs.
e.g.
For "Login" items, the default key value pairs are "Username" and "Password". If I were to create a custom key value pair called "PIN", I may want to reorder the key value pairs so that "PIN" sits in the order between "Username" and "Password"8 votes -
Make the extension in the browser smaller
Hi Proton Pass team,
First, thanks for the great extension — it works reliably and I appreciate the attention to security and functionality. I have a suggestion to improve the user experience of the popup/flyout UI that I think would make it feel cleaner and more modern.
Problem: the current flyout feels large and a bit cluttered. When I open it I want to quickly find an item, not scan through a lot of visual noise.
Proposal: introduce a compact, customizable flyout option that focuses on clarity and platform consistency:
Compact mode: a minimal flyout that shows either a simple…

Allow new sections in login elements
In the basic login item you cannot add new sections, like in custom elements. Allow Section to be created inside a login element. The custom element doesnt provide that suport, since its not capable of saving a url nor viable to auto-completion.

Export to KeePass .kdbx
It would be really helpful if Proton Pass could export to a .kdbx compatible .csv formatted file.

Proton pass - give more details about the data breach
When you receive an alert saying that your personal information and bank account have leaked with no more information (where it's available for example) it's highly stressful because it's useless (where the leak comes from for example, so I can at least update my personal info, change my payment info, etc.)

Better filter in search field
When searching for a password, the results should be categorized and bit more sererated from the login Item that has the keyword from tons of other results that have the word in the URL field as well. from example I have like 10 google accounts logins and each has the word google in the name followed by another identifying word. when I search for google why is the google logins not at the top separate but its mixed in with tons of other stuff I have that has the google in the notes section to the URL section.

Use same pin as PC version of Pass
Hi - I have a comment regarding the Android version of Pass for possible future update. In the android version it allows for bio-metric unlocking with an option to use "system lock" when biometric fails and not the pin I have set up for the PC version/browser extension. The concern I have is that if someone has your mobile device pin they can now access your Pass account data. I think a lot of people are somewhat lax with their phone/tablet pins as they often let others(kids or significant others) log into their phone or tablet. It would be nice…
