  1. Export all passwords as pdf

Option to export all items as pdf, so hard copy can be printed from it. It’ll be good if the exported pdf files are encrypted using custom or default password.

  2. "Copy to clipboard" button

When viewing an existing item, having the a ability to quickly and easily copy the username and/or password.

Also when generating a new password, having the option to copy the new password to clipboard will be useful too.

Simply having a button or an easy to access menu option for these is all is needed.

This feature will be useful as some websites don't like password manager apps, so you sometimes have to manually copy the information in.

  3. Copy The Generated PW to Clipboard

I'm migrating from bitwarden to proton pass. In bitwarden, when we were generating a pw, it was copying to clipboard, here this is not happening. So, I need to go to advanced settings, copy the generated pw, paste it in notepad, then copy again and click on add login, and paste there. Why? Because add login option is not showing always after registering an account.

    Thanks

  4. Different protection level for each vault

    E.g:
For wallet 1 fingerprint will unlock.
For wallet 2 you will need fingerprint and additionally Yubikey/Authentikator to unlock.

  5. "use on this page" button

I'd like to have a button "Use on this page" (like Passbolt), after pressing the button it would fill the current page with credentials, and it also could ask if I want to add the current url to the websites for this password.

After importing my passwords from another password manager I have a lot of wrong configurated urls (using old domains, etc...) and it would make the process of copying/pasting username/password on the page and/or modifying the websites on ProtonPass to add the current url less annoying.

  6. Zoom In / Zoom Out View Feature

I am using a very large monitor screen (ViewSonic VX4381-4K), and Proton Pass shows up VERY small. I would like to see a Zoom In / Zoom Out feature, maybe in the View dropdown menu, that would permanently change the app window.

  7. Copy/drag/paste

Suggestion - Add the capability to 'Click/Drag/Paste' from a Proton Pass 'Login' record's User Name/Password fields to the target User Name/Password fields. That is, the click/drag mouse event is a copy to the clipboard. On release of the mouse button the clip board is pasted into the target User Name/Password text box that the mouse pointer is hovering over. I often do work for a client, via a VPN connection, using Windows Remote Desktop(RD). Copy/Paste works for the dialog to initially connect to a remote machine. Unfortuneately, the RD "lock screen" does not accept Paste using right click of mouse…

  9. Avoid to store copied fields into clipboard managers

With the KeePassXC app, when I copy for instance the user or the password fields, the values are not stored in the clipboard manager of my system. In my case Klipper for KDE Neon Linux OS.
This is useful for improving the securitiy of my logins.

  11. Add a username generator feature to Proton Pass

    Hello!

Can you please add a feature to generate a random usernames?

Not every site uses email as login. Some websites need email + username.

This feature already exists in your competitors:
    https://nordpass.com/username-generator/
    https://www.lastpass.com/features/username-generator

  12. Random Username Creator

Some websites use a username and password instead of an email. I would like to see a username generator for these websites as I would like to use different aliases for each website to improve my privacy, this would be a great addition to the password manager.

  13. Update Existing Login with additional website

Sometimes you use a login across multiple sites. If you don't have that website stored in the login it asks if you want to save a new login. Instead, it should ask if you want to add this site to this log-in or phrase it as an update. it would then store the new site as an additional site for these credentials to be used in.

While it may not be the best practice for security, it also serves to update login sites for the same site when the address is changed.

  14. Add a Firefox Mobile browser extension for Android

Unlike most mobile browsers, Firefox on Android supports add-ons like Adguard or Bitwarden.

Having Proton Pass as one of them would allow easy access to login credentials without leaving the app.

  17. Credit card storage and offline credential capture

hello, i was hoping that we could get the storage of credit card/info etc. along with the capture of credentials even when the extention is locked. eset password manager does this and it would be really nice if proton was to implement this aswell as the credit card info storage/ identities storage for quick filling out online forms. unless this is completely besides the purpose of proton.

  19. Shared passwords not visible to delegated user

Can you please create a 'user' profile for those who can use the credentials but not view them? That would be utterly useful to us and to a bunch of our clients (my company is an IT consultancy a services firm) and this is something that Last Pass already offers on the business plans.
Also a business plans which allows to manage many Proton Pass accounts from a single dashboard would be a selling point.
Thanks and keep up with your excellent work!

  20. Exchange encrypted emails with customers not using Proton Mail

I want to use ProtonMail for my business, however, I can't because I need to be able to send and receive encrypted emails to clients who are not using Proton Mail. The current method of using a password each time is not a viable option.
