Add the device name to the Passkey record
It's impossible to identify a stored Passkey by the coupled device: You only see the related browser.
I would like to be able to determine the associated device, zo I can see which Passkey I can remove or where I have to generate one.2 votes -
Proton Pass: Have a separate section for vaults that is hidden with a pin.
A private folder in the vaults list, that has a different pin lock on it. (Would be used for people who share computers.)

GitHub Action - Load Secrets from Proton Pass (like 1Password)
1Password has a github action to load secrets to be used in GitHub actions and it has been super useful. I would love to get such a feature in Proton Pass.
For reference, this is the action I am referring to: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/load-secrets-from-1password

Encrypted Kanban-style project management app, e.g. Trello
I would really appreciate a Kanban-style project management app similar to Trello fully integrated with mail, calendar, drive and Lumo

Add passkey to the desktop apps.
I'm not typing my 20 character password. Just let me point the camera at the app and login.

Enable pasting screenshots of TOTP QR codes in the Chrome extension
Some websites only offer QR for setting up 2FA. One could take a screenshot with Win+Shift+S and paste it into the TOTP field in Proton Pass. Chrome has a built-in barcode scanner so it's just a few lines of code. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Barcode_Detection_API

Credit Card Autofill
First it was on the roadmap for Spring 2024. Then Summer 2025. Now it's February 2026.
This is a feature that's more valuable, and seemingly easier to implement, than having a CLI interface.

Device Trust Limitation
I have Proton Pass on both my Android phone and my Linux laptop, but because of the security defects of Linux, I don't want to give the same levels of trust to both platforms. I would like a way for one trusted device to be able to enforce limitations in what other devices can access, such as allowing one-time access to use passkeys (ideally doing the actual cryptography only on the trusted client), one-time access to pull a certain password, or permanent access to specific credentials.
Currently, to accomplish something like this, I use one paid account (on Android) and…

Expanded Vault Organization
While ProtonPass supports vaults, folders, and subfolders, it lacks intelligent organizational features. Automatic tagging based on categories like "Finance," "Social Media," "Work," or "Shopping" would be helpful. Smart collections that dynamically update based on criteria—such as "All logins not used in the last 30 days" or "All accounts with weak passwords"—would also be extremely useful. A timeline view showing when each login was created, modified, or last used would significantly improve organization.

Indicate vault items that support passkeys
When you add a Passkey to a Password there is no indication of that password having a Passkey whilst out of it. There should be a Category that a user can tap or click to show only a list of passwords that have Passkeys added to them. Lastly a way to find out that a website supports passkeys by url scanning or a offline downloaded database. That way when a user saves a supported site in Proton Pass and doesn’t have a Passkey saved to it. Proton Pass will then let the user know that Passkeys are available on that…

Implement KDBX Export for Secure Backups and KeePass Ecosystem Interoperability
Proton Pass could benefit from the ability to export to KeePass .kdbx to ensure both security and data sovereignty. The current unencrypted CSV export is a plaintext risk that compromises all credentials if the file is lost or stolen. The KDBX format, however, provides robust, file level protection through AES-256/ChaCha20 encryption and HMAC data integrity checks. Furthermore, KDBX is also an industry standard, structured format that preserves your entire vault's metadata, grouping, and custom fields, allowing for a non lossy, seamless migration to offline applications like KeePassXC, which is vital for users managing highly sensitive information.
Overall, Protonpass is great…

Username & Email for single ProtonPass saved Login
Currently you can only save either a username or your email with a single login in proton pass.
However some services may require a registration with an email-address and then have the login process only working with a username.
Id would be really helpful if you could save both in a single saved login in ProtonPass. You also could then add the ability to decide which one of these is primarly used for logins.

Better handling of password fields with a maxlength attribute in the browser extension
Obviously having a password field with a relevantly small maxlength is already a strange choice, but some websites do this on their account registration forms, their password reset or recovery forms, and their login forms.
I'm not sure what the best handling of maxlength is for a password manager, but at a minimum drawing the user's attention to it and highlighting when we have saved or autofilled a password that does not fit in that maxlength would be good.
It creates a small security problem too, for users that use memorable (low entropy per character) passwords, they might prefer a…

Show one-time email verification codes directly in Proton Pass
Feature request:
I heavily use Proton Pass hide-my-email aliases to sign up for services (Tinder, Instagram, banks, stores, etc.). The current friction: whenever a site sends the 6-digit verification code (or confirmation link) to confirm the email address during signup or login, I have to leave Proton Pass, open Proton Mail, and hunt for the message.
Suggestion:
It would be a game-changer if these one-time email verification codes (usually 4–8 digits) were automatically detected and displayed directly inside Proton Pass — right on the alias card itself — without ever needing to open the mailbox.
Benefits:Instant code access →…

Allow Proton Authenticator to Sync codes to Proton cloud.
Allow Proton Authenticator to Sync codes to Proton cloud.
Google allows me to sync my list of Authenticator codes to my account in the cloud.
If I lose my mobile phone, and can access my Google account via a recovery method, I can then access all of my data, including my Authenticator codes list, and re-download it onto the Google Authenticator app on a new phone, and I am back up and running.Without this cloud sync feature, I am wary of adopting Proton Authenticator since losing my phone amounts to losing access to all services - and potentially finances/crypto.
