  1. Add Importing of Secure Notes

Switching to Proton Pass from other services would be a lot more motivating if Secure Notes were also imported. Losing half of your data or having to reenter in data deters new sign-ups to Proton Pass.

To be able to accomplish this, I think custom fields in Secure Notes will also be necessary.

  2. Specify amount of special characters in random passwords

Bitwarden has a feature where you can specify the number of special characters and numbers that you can have in a password. I like to generate 24 character passwords with a minimum of 3 numbers and 3 special characters.

  3. Personal information

It would be nice with the possibility to save personal information as well as passwords and credit cards.

For example - full name, address, phone number etc.

It's useful when ordering from a website or app that doesn't already have this information stored.

  8. create a PROTON STANDARD import format

You are currently running after a departed train... trying to juggle priorities as to which next other password manager to provide migration support for. Telling a customer that you will be working on a migration in the near future is nothing if not frustrating. It may be true... but is of no use to the guy who wants to use Proton!
I suggest you define and publish a STANDARD import format of your own (could be a current industry standard). Then at least some customers can massage data from their current password manager and import it to Proton Pass.
    Major…

Please add option to us another pin number other than same pin number as phone. Too easy to guess pin if someone else knows pin for phone.

  10. Password Breach Warning

It'd be great if there were warnings for passwords in the vault which appeared in password lists from data breaches, similar to 1Password's Watchtower feature. I'd understand if this feature was only available in paid tiers.

  11. Use custom hosted domain for Pass-generated random email address prefill

ProtonMail already hosts custom domains with the option of a catch-all address.

Add feature to configure a hosted domain to auto-fill the email field with a ProtonPass generated random email address - while confirming the domain has catch-all turned on at configuration time.

  12. Proton Pass: improving security

    Hello,
it would be good to see on Proton Pass the possibility of using an alphanumeric password instead of a PIN.
Android and iOS devices generally have encryption by default, whereas on PCs it is generally deactivated. For this reason, the Proton Pass database of the browser extension should be encrypted and possibly also the data loaded into RAM encrypted.
If the device is stolen without Proton Pass database encryption, anyone can access the database.
    Thank you

  13. "Temporary" Password History feature is not sufficient

"Temporary" Password History feature is not sufficient. Holding any passwords created altogether for no more than 24hrs is a quick-add feature but not a full feature. The ability to store the previous password in each record when you change that sites password would be extremely helpful. knowing when I last changed the password is one reason. The 2nd is that sometimes you think the site accepted your password change and you realize it didn't and if you can't go back and get the last one (if it's not noticed during the same day) you can't retrieve old and some of…

  14. Create a tool to import TOTP secrets from Google Authenticator QR codes.

I've successfully used a script from github but it's too fiddly.
    1. Export from Google Authenticator and screendump QR code (Yes, Authenticator allows this)
    2. Open screendump in a QR code reader and copy Google's URL
    3. Run script from github (see https://github.com/krissrex/google-authenticator-exporter)
    4. Paste in Google's URL
    5. Copy the TOTP secret from the script output
    6. Paste secret into Proton Pass Add 2FA
A Proton Pass tool could make this a lot easier.

  16. On-The-Go Vault Page

A temporary page that grants you instant access to your passwords. By simply scanning a QR code using your Proton Pass app, you will be seamlessly directed to a secure vault page. It's a game-changer for those moments when you're away from your trusted devices and still need to access your essential information without the need to install any extensions or applications on unfamiliar devices like your friend's or family's computers.

The possibility to activate the PIN code as standard. Now I can set it up for each device and each browser individually or not.
(Company accounts: Force PIN code should be possible)

  18. generate password in input field

popup that allows you to generate a password automatically in the corresponding field when an account is going to be created -on any page-

so far, only one page has suggested that I use an automatically created password, for the rest I had to open the extension to generate it, or use another extension

  19. Better hotkey support for browser extensions

Currently on Brave (v1.52.130) and the current extension hotkey command doesn't seem to do anything. I would love if there were hotkey(s) to autofill forms.

  20. Group list by vault

I would like to be able to group the list by which vault the items reside in. For instance, I have a work vault, personal vault and one for my parents stuff. I would like to have them all in the same list, but grouped by which vault they belong to.
It would also be nice to be able to minimize a specific vault and still have others expanded
