Confirm password.field
Protonpass needs to fill in the new password for new logins AND the confirm password field. Creating a new password almost always asks for both and without it it's impossible to proceed

Export logins and exclude passwords
Exporting passwords is an additional security risk. By enabling exports without the passwords it would be easy to store all login usernames offline without compromising the account security. It is about having an offline overview of all accounts

Hide empty fields
I have a few Login entries which have no Username and no Password - but several custom hidden fields instead. Currently the "Username" and "Password" fields always appear, even though the content is "None". This takes up a lot of screen space, especially considered its not possible to resize the window.
Please add the ability to hide fields, either by default or as an option.

Possibility for longer PIN
I love what Proton is doing!
I just started wondering why the Proton Pass PIN is only 6 characters. Could it possibly have the same minimum requirements as strong passwords or at least a possibility for one? If so, why not make it more secure, as secure is what you strive for?
Maybe alphanumeric characters could be allowed too...Thanks!

PIN re-prompt for certain logins or vaults (folders)
Protecting the data with a PIN after inactivity is a wise choice, and I can only commend it. Other password managers allow to flag up some more sensitive logins for a PIN re-prompt to access them, I would also highly appreciate this being the case in Proton Pass. This could also be implemented at vault-level (say, I have one vault with all the login data for banking and things to do with money; I would flag up the entire vault for re-prompting for the PIN if I need data from it).

Organize notes by folder
Allow Notes to be put into an optional Folder within a Vault.
Allow any number of Folders to be created within a Vault and deleted if empty.
Allow a Note on creation to be put into a generic folder.
Display list of Folders with All Notes (in Vault) at the top for user to select and access. And generic folder in 2nd place on the list and all other optional user created folders underneath in a user defined order.
Allow transfer of a Note to a different Folder.1 vote -
Save multiple identities for the same hostname
Context: sometimes, one want to save multiple identities (id/password) for the same hostname.
Problem is : when creating a new id/pass on a known host, ProtonPass detects that you are on a known host and only propose you to update the existing identity.
proposal : add a button allowing to create a new entry in the vault besides updating it (since you want to have several identities for the same host)1 vote -
Request for Login Method Retention: Google and Apple Account Authentication in Proton Pass
Dear Proton Pass Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently transitioned from using 1Password to Proton Pass and have been exploring its features. While I appreciate the functionality thus far, I've encountered a minor inconvenience regarding the display of login methods.
In 1Password, the application memorizes not only the email associated with a login but also the chosen method, be it Google or Apple account. However, upon migrating my data to Proton Pass, I've noticed that logins authenticated through Google or Apple accounts appear as blank entries, only showing a link.
This missing feature impacts the ease…

Ability to choose which apps the login screen unlocks
Very often I'm on a public (or work) computer and only need a few passwords. It seems unesessarily risky to me to have ProtonMail necessarily unlocked in the process! It would be more secure if on the Proton login page, you could choose which Proton apps you want to unlock everytime. In my work I often have to go from my computer to the printers in the other room, and while Proton Pass can lock automatically, ProtonMail doesn't, and it bothers me to potentially give access to my email to anyone passing by.
Please do what's necessary!2 votes -

Support Two Password Mode for Proton Mail
If you enable the Two Password Mode for Proton Mail your only option to save that second password would be to save it as a SEPERATE login. You should allow the option for proton.me domain logins to support two passwords in the details.

Standardize PIN code UI for mobile apps
I would be nice if the design for locking Proton Mail, Drive, and Pass was the same. It would make all of the apps uniform.

Generate memorable password on sign-up forms
As of now on sign-up forms strong password are suggested, but not memorable ones. For memorable passwords I must create a new login directly in pp. It would be nice if i can choose that pp suggest memorable password on sign-up forms instead of random passwords.

Copy 2FA automatically
[1] Open github.com
[2] Auto-fill username and password
[3] Automatically copy 2FA codeThis will be a really neat feature, it really saves time and you don't need to open the extension one more time.
It should detect the account you are filling the form with and then copy 2FA token if it exists.
Bitwarden offers this tho.6 votes
