Integration of native OS app with browser extension, and problems with MFA codes
Some password managers have an option that the native app on the operating system is integrated with the browser extension.
This simplifies log in, where you only need to log in in the native app for faster processing.
Additionally MFA codes are not filled automatically like in 1password. Is that possible to fix?

Option to secure each vault with a unique password or Yubikey
At the moment, it is possible to create multiple vaults, but these vaults can all be accessed using a single password. That isn’t very practical, especially if not all vaults need to be accessible at all times. For example, I have a vault containing personal data that I would like to secure with its own password or a Yubikey (as is possible in KeePass, for instance).

Save Android App Package Names for Autofill
Make autofill on Android significantly more reliable by saving (and allowing import of) Android app package names/URIs.
Bitwarden and other password managers already do this in the same way that websites are saved. Currently these are lost on import, and there is no way to add them properly. If you try and add them manually, https:// is added at the start.

browser restart
Another vastly popular password manager has a "lock on browser restart" option for their browser extension. Please implement this.

Manual data breach checks
Since paid subscription adds an automatic monitor to check if logins have been compromised in data breaches, would be nice to have a manual button for free users to do that.
I think it doesnt devaluate the paid feature, since automatic monitoring is still overpowered and nice for a paid plan, but still allow free users to fast and manually (due to free plan) check if pass or email was compromised.
I also think it is not a too demanding feature since there is a system to check data, just a manual button next to login register for free users…

Isolated Vaults
Like mail second password, I think we should have the option to set a second password for each vault, preferably that second password should be used for the encryption of the vault.
Vaults SHOULD be isolated, current implementation feels more like folders. I do not get why my browser extension is fetching hundreds of records and decrypting all of them when most of them are like medical records..

Authenticator: Implement a security question when deleting items in the Android app
It is too easy to delete an item by accident.
So I am missing the "are you really sure" question when deleting items in the Android app - as it is available e.g. in the Windows app.4 votes -
Targeted auto-fill of individual entries via the browser extension
When opening the ProtonPass browser extension, an explicit button such as “Fill” for each entry would be desirable. This would allow exactly this data record to be used for the currently open website. This would prevent incorrect entries and increase control, especially when multiple logins are stored for the same domain.

Context-based suggestions and AI assistance
While competitors such as Dashlane have already integrated AI features, Proton Pass lacks an intelligent assistance function. Proton could score points here with privacy-first AI: A local AI assistant that never sends data to external servers could identify weak passwords, detect duplicates, and provide context-based security recommendations. The AI could also recognize login patterns and suggest which accounts may have been inactive for a long time and should be deleted. A feature that automatically recognizes whether a website is trustworthy or potentially dubious when creating new accounts would be particularly valuable.

Recovery by government function
I would like to recover my account and encrypt data by existing "government tools" (in Germany "BundID")

Ignore apps or sites on mobile
There are certain apps or websites that I don't want to store passwords for.
Currently the only options on the password pop up are "No, thanks" and "Save".
If the Proton mobile apps could have a "never from this website" on the pop up and if the app settings could have a "choose apps to ignore" I wouldn't have to keep dismissing the pop up and would also solve the complaint about the save password prompt popping up for Microsoft authenticator prompts amongst other edge cases I'm sure.

Passwordless login using proton auth
Can proton Authenticator be used for passwordless login to proton accounts through push notifications in the same way Microsoft Authenticator currently does using OIDC CIBA?

Automatically simulate enter key press on 2fa otp codes autofill input
It would be great to have an option that automatically simulates an Enter key press after autofilling a 2FA OTP code from the popup.

Tags to organize entries
I've used 1Password and Bitwarden. They are both lack of generic feature - organization of entries.
Dealing with Search is a great way. But just full text search makes search results somekind of mess.
Having ability to Tag passwords and other entry types will make UX much better:
- search results can be ranked by tag names, titles and only then other fields
- ability to Pin tags into sidebar can be very handy (do not list all the available tags like 1Password do - it's useless)
- tags help to create many view perspectives onto my dataPlease do…

Search with or create password rules to flag my logins with different tags
I use Proton Pass to manage a wide range of logins. Some of them should be protected by strong passwords. Some of them should use weaker passwords because they are not that important or maybe I have to share it with family members. Some of them are test logins for development, so they will use silly common passwords.
I'd like to have a password searching rules so I can flag some of them as logins that I need to take actions. Or flag them as shared logins or dev logins so I don't have to worry about them.
Any other…

Onetime password
Is is possible to somehow have a timebound pw for a few minutes or hour? Or even a onetime password?
So I can have this option on my main device/pass-manager, and add a one-time password that i can use when opening up my email e.g. at the library or signing into my phone that I keep set to stay logged in after that login.

Spotlight/Quick Access feature
1Password has an amazing feature that I believe not everyone knows about called Quick Access. It's a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + Space / Command + Shift + Space) that opens a window like Spotlight where you can search through all your entries, copy fields, auto-type, open website on browser, copy TOTP and etc. Great for quickly copying passwords and TOTP codes for native applications. As a developer, this is really important to me and it is one of the few reasons I haven't migrated Proton Pass yet.
