I just imported all of my Gmail, Yahoo and other providers' email accounts into ProtonMail... only to find that this basic and critical feature is not available !
It is so unbelievable that I didin't even bother to check in the first place... Now I think of moving everything to Exchange / O365.
Sorry Proton, the whole idea of privacy is great, but the system has to be usable by users who file, search for, forward, delete emails by thousands potentially each and every day.

This is an absolute prerequisite for any business use.
In a professional email service, there has to be means to assign mailboxes to different groups of users where each each member of a group is able to fully use the mailbox(es) associated to said group.
And for private users, say a couple or a family, this is a really useful feature as well.
Years have passed and still no sign of Proton even remotely thinking about it. I find this is nearly as nonsensical as Microsoft's policy...
