This would be so helpful ... I could breathe a sigh of relief knowing my website won't be targetted for publishing such things as a link to Edward Snowden's YouTube videos - things that I consider to be in the public interest, but are severely frowned upon by some 3-letter organisations in the USA. Other articles that I'd like to publish might be unpopular with the Chinese government if they take offense for any number of reasons such as believing I might be criticising their human rights policies, or being critical of their lack of respect of individual's intellectual property.
I would dearly like to be free of fear when expressing my opinion on my website(s) about things I consider to be in the public interest.
