Full visual access for those of us with visual limitations. Love Proton. Two friends were stoked but couldn't use the iOS app. People who wear glasses, like me, need the ability to increase font size in order to easily use the application.

Yes, for me that would be also very important. No chance of reading the sender and other information in the iOS App. It is smaller than small. Why? Please, please, please... it is unusable on iphone. Use a bigger font size. Thanx :-)

The font size is ridiculously small. Given that the OP is from 2017, I have to conclude that customer service really isn't.

Seriously....is the near invisibility of miniscule text intended to be part of the security process? Please add some degree of font control to this very nice product.

Yes I beg of you.. Please increase font size. I am in my 60s and I like proton but I can't see it on my phone, Not only is it tiny but the color is too light too.

Same here! I was looking for this just now and was under the impression I could change the default font, size, and text colour in the "settings" tab (same as Outlook and Gmail), but my formatting turned out not to work for emails themselves, but solely for the "signature' (which I don't use). Couldn't find anything on the topic in the "Help" and consequently Googled for it: Tadaaaa... here I am!
So, a big fat "no" on the option of changing the default text settings I understand? oO
How perfectly bizarre and very(!) unexpected!
Proton, how could you do this to us??? I mean, needing the Hubble telescope to read incoming mail is one thing (> ctrl+), but I'm a lazy so-and-so and my patience is fragile (ie, a short fuse: Not healthy for my poor keyboard), so a simple feature that allows users to preset text appearance would be enormously appreciated.Come on Eileen!

I'd also like this ability, though I also acknowledge I'm using a service for free and have no right to whine and complain about it.

Yes please - I would also like to be able to set up a diferent font size and font for my messages and then save them as my default setting. It's a real nuisance to have to increase the font size every time I write an email. I agree with other people that the font size is quite small and difficult to read. Thank you.

Need the email font size worked on. I need the ability to reset the font size to a larger one and keep it set rather than changing it with each email

Agree completely and it seems it should be an easy addition.

I can see from the dates on the comments below that ProtonMail has done nothing to address the problem of minuscule fonts when printing. So I'm not even going to complain. I'm outta here, and will find another email provider.

It is too bad the user choice is completely overridden by the default setting. My computer has a small 10" screen and I need glasses to read. This combination makes Protonmail a bit painful for me to use, tho' it is my main email client. If you can, please allow me to choose the font setup I prefer.

I stopped migrating my gmail from all my subscription and my CV the moment I found out there wasn't a way to adjust the horrible small font size. You guys need a/better designer!

Yeah the extremely inaccessible font size is a deal breaker for me.
