Make Proton Scribe writing assistant availalbe to those with Unlimited accounts
I believed Proton as an organization not profit driven. Why have you made the new 'Proton Scribe writing assistant' only available to the higher cost accounts and not those those users who use the 'Unlimited account' which by definition I would have thought was just that 'Unlimited'? I have been a loyal supporter of Proton mail for many years, and I don't need a 'Duo'/Family' account as I am the only one who uses Proton, Why am I being disadvantaged? Can you please consider making this option available to 'Unlimited Account' holders as well.

I support this request. Perhaps as an option reasonably priced to cover AI costs (or some form of AI credits / usage based).
Like others, I do not have use for dual accounts and I would rather use it on my current account.

Proton: If you need some bucks more for the scribe feature to pay the AI stuff behind - okay. But let us loyal long term "unlimited" users use ALL features. I clearly support other voices here, that not everybody needs multiple accounts and don't expect to pay so much more for one feature. This seems not to be the right way for Proton to push more one user customers into Duo/Family IMHO.

I agree on this. I don't need Duo or Family plan just for me - so please stop advertising it to me. Just give me unlimited access to your products when I pay for the Unlimited plan.

Seems like "unlimited" plan is somewhat limited...

I completely agree on this, as an Unlimited user I would expect not to have to upgrade to a Duo or Family plan to be able to use this feature, as I do not have the need for multiple users.

That's a critical thing Unlimited should mean Unlimited!

Yes, I also think Unlimited should really mean Unlimited. Proton can't tell me that it costs more than $5 per month per user to provide it. On reddit, they had compared it to other AI services. But the difference is that I can use other AI Services for more purposes than just a writing assistant who proofreads my text. And you can even run a small model locally, which should mean their operating costs don't increase.

I'd rarely use it for English, but I agree totally (I could potentially use it if I needed to reply in a language other than English). If Duo and Family are supposed to be "same as Unlimited, but with more of it for more users", then if a feature is included in Duo and Family, it should be in Unlimited as well.

The current model seems to suggest that no one who has a standalone plan for one person needs this, or that a single individual should have to pay for a subscription for two people to get this, even if they are only one person.
What a silly model. Makes Unlimited a lot less, well…. unlimited.

This is critical.
I don't need 'Duo' but I feel like you don't honor your promise to make Proton "unlimited" really unlimited.
That's a shame.

I agree, make unlimited completely unlimited

Yes, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me that a Duo plan would have features that Unlimited does not. Yes, maybe they get more storage or more addresses or more domains or whatever. But the feature set should be the same.

"Proton Unlimited" should truly mean unlimited. Prioritizing couples and families over individual users feels outdated in today’s world. Many of us rely on Proton for personal use, and it’s disappointing that Proton Scribe is restricted to Duo and Family plans. Please make it available for Proton Unlimited accounts as well.

Not including it in the 'Unlimited' plan is really idiotic from a product definition perspective. Unlimited subscribers pay more per user than Duo or Family plans - yet are having features limited from them. As others have pointed out, unlimited isn't really unlimited if you have to pay for more.
I have loved everything about Proton to date, but this is a senseless decision that just leaves a dirty taste in the mouth.

I support this request.
Even if the "Unlimited" labeling of my offer gets misleading here, I searched for a way to pay for Scribe to benefit for it. And I can't. If Proton does not want to give it "for free" to people that pay for their Unlimited plan, then make it a paid option. But make it available. Please.
