    To me, it is flawed that someone on a 2-year subscription currently has to drop down to a 1-year plan (and pay more per month) in order to subscribe to the paid version of Lumo. For me it is a dealbreaker.

    I would like to see either a 2-year discounted Lumo to add on to your existing 2 year Unlimited/Duo/Family plan or make the one year Lumo subscription a separate billing that does not take away your two year renewals on other plans.

    Maybe more than 10, but at the same time you can't just keep giving away all of the value added features that encourage people to help support ongoing development, maintenance, and support of the product line.

    This is a good idea. I worked for many years supporting database backup and recovery software, and we always encouraged our customers to do periodic "dry run recoveries" to help make sure everything they needed was in place if they had to perform an actual recovery.

    This really needs to be a thing. I have a Duo plan and I was disappointed to find out that my spouse can't create their own email alias off of a custom domain linked to my Mail account.

    I’m not going to pay for the premium Lumo service until and unless I can trial it for at least 7 days, and 14 would be better. I think a *reasonable* discount for Unlimited and higher subscribers should be considered, but really, I’d like a free trial of the full product.
