More drive space for unlimited plan
Is it possible to get more storage by default than 500 GB in the unlimited plan? Microsoft, Google both give 2TB for their premium plans. The only options for upgrade on Proton seem to be a completely additional duo plan or family plan. If I do pay for the additional duo plan, does that mean I get 1 TB plus 500GB = 1.5 TB? I keep getting alarms to upgrade my Proton Drive unlimited plan and would like to upgrade, but not at another $14.99/month for what would only be 500GB more storage.

Integrate Standard Notes Premium plan with Proton Visionary
Dear Proton Team,
I would like to suggest adding the standard Notes Premium feature to the Proton Visionary plan. Since Proton promotes Visionary as the ultimate subscription giving users the maximum limits and access across all Proton services, it would make sense for Notes Premium to be included as part of that promise.
Currently, Proton Visionary subscribers already receive integrated access to SimpleLogin, which is technically a separate service that Proton has incorporated into its ecosystem. Given this precedent, including Notes Premium—even though it is also a distinct service—would be consistent with the Visionary plan’s positioning as the all-inclusive plan.

Student discounts shouldn't only last one year
Many other subsciption services like Spotify for example have at least opted for 4 years max, which would make way more sense since that is a realistic duration of studying. Affording your own privacy shouldn't be a privilege which you have to get into financial trouble for as a student.

allow users to buy services à la carte
Allow users to by services à la carte. For example being able to purchase Drive+ and Mail+ without being forced to pay for the Unlimited bundle.
The current system incentivizes users to break the TOS since its usually cheaper to have separate accounts with an individual service attached if you don't require the majority of benefits included with Unlimited.

Direct conversions from USD are ridiculously expensive.

Unlimited hide-my-email aliases in all plans
When considering to offer an additional value to users, the free Proton Mail plan should include unlimited hide-my-email aliases. This will distinct you from other mail providers. At the moment it is rather annoying that aliases are limited to 10 aliases.

E-Mail confirmation upon changing or cancelling subscriptions
Currently, I do not receive any written confusion when changing or cancelling a subscription. For the sake if transparency and accountability this should be foreseen. Also, I want to know how much I pay yearly and monthly and in which plan I am. This definitely needs improvements.

Payment Plans for Individual Proton Servics (a la carte)
It would be nice to have the option to only pay for the Proton services you want/use. I've been using a free Proton account for years with the desire to contribute, but my financial situation hasn't allowed for this. I'm just now to the point where I could pay a couple of dollars for Proton services, and would particularly benefit from an upgraded Proton Calendar. Family Plan - Slider selectable options for greater storage and user flexibility choices

Onetime payment for lifetime Proton Unlimited
There is some things I see that I would never use in the Mail plus/proton pass plan, but I really would like to just pay once. I like the idea of having a 50-99year "unlimited/lifetime" since once I'm gone you can either forward the logins to a designated person I say and give them 90 days to download the archive, or just shred/delete everything once I leave the earth.

Make Visionary Plan Visible on All Proton Services Webpages
I don't think it makes sense that the visionary plan can only be seen on the wallet webpage. Why isn't proton visionary visible when you look at the plans for every of the Proton services? I didn't even know there was a visionary plan until I joined the discord and I could see the role, but when I went through the Proton website I couldn't find it until someone sent me a link which showed me it can only be found on the wallet plans webpage, which doesn't make sense to me.

Lumo Plus subscription should be completely independent from existing Proton subscription
Make it possible to subscribe to Lumo Plus independently from an ongoing Unlimited/Duo/Family subscription. As it is, I cannot subscribe to Lumo Plus for one month while keeping my ongoing 24-months subscription. The only option is to convert my 24 months subscription to a 12 months subscription and add a 12 months Lumo Plus subscription. That is not what I want, so I will not try Lumo Plus for the time being.

Benefits + locking in long term users
I was thinking of a good and healthy way for both users and company to support long term users.
I got to this idea.
Every year a customer has a subscription they get 1% more lifetime discount. (Until the subscription is cancelled)
So after 1 year you get 1%
2 years 2%
That goes up to a maximum for example 25% after being a loyal customer for 25 years.

Proton Mail Lite Plan - $10/year

Allow for an upgrade path in Google Play......
I am stuck after buying a Pass Plus subscription. No upgrade path in Google Play, no way out, no support. Contacted both Proton support and Google support. No help from either ends. Only 2 options are:
1. Wait until my subscription expires NEXT YEAR in September PLUS another 60 day grace period they have to keep themselves linked to you as long as possible. And there's no guarantee they will even unlink themselves after waiting for OVER A YEAR! These are just fairytales.
2. Make a new account and subscribe online and pay full price and lose my current domain.…

Lifetime Mail Plus
I really like the Pass Plus lifetime plan, because I can rely on all my aliases being active forever.
I am interested in the Mail Plus subscription, because of extra addresses and unlimited folders/tags, but it makes me uncomfortable knowing my important extra addresses would stop working if my subscription gets canceled.
It is understandable that lifetime plans are not profitable in the long term, but the perks of Mail Plus and Pass Plus are not as expensive as providing VPN or cloud storage and Proton already added a Pass lifetime option.
