  1. Stop being a greedy subscription-pushing enterprise

    1. Stop pushing Unlimited on already paying customers. Proton mail is a good product and I'm SICK of constantly being told that paying 2x a month for products I don't want is a great deal.
    2. Barring existing customers from black friday deals sucks. The only "deal" offered to me is to pay you more money (unlimited plan), where as new customers can get an actual deal on proton mail.

    I know you aren't going to do anything about this, I just want to voice my frustration. Apparently using only one Proton product isn't good enough. Did it occur to you that…

  3. Appropriate fees should be determined specifically for countries with high inflation.

    In countries with high inflation, paying with Dollars or Euros costs too much compared to the currency of that country. For such countries, special low fees must be determined and payment must be made in the local currency.

  4. allow users to buy services à la carte

    Allow users to by services à la carte. For example being able to purchase Drive+ and Mail+ without being forced to pay for the Unlimited bundle.

    The current system incentivizes users to break the TOS since its usually cheaper to have separate accounts with an individual service attached if you don't require the majority of benefits included with Unlimited.

  5. Standard Notes monthly subscription

    I really want to try the Standard Notes subscription for 1 month to see if it fits with my day-to-day needs, however it does not offer a monthly subscription (and €90 is a bit expensive for a trial)

    there should be a plan for existing clients...for example you pay the full price year 1....year 2 5% discount....year 3 another 3% discount in addition to the 5% of the year 2 ...

  8. Support bigger Family’s trough the family plan

    There should be an option to add more family members and you pay a certain amount more 1Password already does this and this is why I we can’t move over to proton from other services like 1Password.

    Support told me to try a business plan but when you try to configure that for 7 people and with the same features as the proton family plan has then it just gets way to expensive.

    Proton should consider enhancing its free plan to offer more competitive features compared to Google's offerings. Specifically:

    Increase storage: Provide more free storage space than Google's current 15GB allocation.

  10. Purchase multiple plans under 1 account

    I currently have a Proton Business plan with x users. However, not all users require all the features that come with Proton business, and I would like to purchase a Mail Essentials plan. I cannot do this for some reason.

    I would like the ability to purchase different tiers of plans under the same account.

  11. Extended notice periods for invoices during holidays.

    My 24-month subscription was discontinued with only 10 days notice, it might be a good idea to wait a bit longer before canceling subscriptions, especially during the end-of-year holidays.

  13. Have an economy paid level of $10+/- per Year

    $4.99 per month for the lowest paid account is ridiculous. And the recent offer of $1 per month...for just ONE month...is silly. BUT I would jump to join a paid BASIC account at a reasonable $1 per month -- $12 rather than $60 per year -- if for no other reason than to support the Proton site. --It is beyond me why Proton has never had a basic $10+/- a year account level for people who justifiably balk at a ridiculous $60 for features little beyond those of a free account.

    There are people out here who want to support…

  14. Family plan - Custom domain - Create own address

    Users in a family plan should be able create addresses on their own if custom domains are added.

    To create those addresses demands admin rights but that also makes everyone with admin rights the power to change/cancel the family plan itself. The option to just create an address should be open.

    Currently Proton has Monthly, Yearly and Bi-Yearly Plans, I'm proposing a new Plan to include 3 Year plan at a small discount compared to Bi-Yearly pan for users, like me, who are willing to opt for such plans.

    Also Please give the option to stack the same plan(up to a certain limit of course) if possible, so that users can get the option to buy these plans when they are at sale like Black Friday or any event.

  18. Option to Increase Domain Limit on Proton Family Plans

    Currently, Proton Family subscriptions are limited to 3 custom domains, and users who need more must upgrade to Proton Business Suite, which is significantly more expensive and includes features they may not need. Introducing an option to purchase additional domain slots separately would provide more flexibility for families and small groups without forcing an unnecessary upgrade.

    I suggest one time payment options to unlock more folders and filters in proton mail. Or a mini plan to do so for like 1 eur on month for more folders and filters and like 2 or 3 GB space. Thanks. The plus plan is too much for me. I don't need everything it offers. I noticed that many users have a similar opinion.
