Add recurrence options: 'First day' and 'Last day' of each month
Add a recurrence option that allows users to schedule events on 'the last day of each month' or 'the first day of each month.' This would enhance flexibility for users who need to plan recurring events tied to specific calendar positions, which are not always covered by fixed-date or weekly recurrence settings.

I have an implementation suggestion for the Proton team:
To schedule something as X day of the month and have a switch that defines if X counts forwards or backwards.
With this, a user can schedule something on the first day of the month by setting X as 1 and setting the switch to forwards. And the user can schedule something on the last day of the month by setting X as 1 and the switch to backwards.
This allows for more flexibility if the user wants to schedule something X number of days out from the last day of the month.
You can also add an advanced option to change it from being a generic day of the month to a particular weekday.
The first Friday of the month: X = 1; direction = forwards, day = Friday.
The second to last Wednesday of the month: X = 2; direction = backwards; day = Wednesday. -

This is critical for many Calendar users. Given that the last day of the month might fall on the 30th, 31st, 28th or 29th, the variability calls for a smart solution. Currently, if I have a repeating calendar event that needs to fall on the last day of the month, I need to schedule the event three times at least. This is a lot of overhead for what should be a straightforward process.

For summer and wintertime there is a need to schedule a yearly event on the last sunday of the month, eg. march or october.
