You can do it now in a Quick connect/fastest server mode. There is now option to add list of countries to be excluded from connecting. Myself, I have added all surveillance countries listed at https://protonvpn.com/blog/5-eyes-global-surveillance#14-eyes I have seen that at least in some countries, you can exclude particular cities.

When i select lets say last Sunday of March and want yearly repeating, then the Yearly repeating menu option should have sub-options for repeating for example:
first Sunday of the same month, last Sunday of the same month. Similar as it is now for monthly repeating.I know i can use monthly repeating and set 12 months, but it is not intuitive. When you want yearly repeating and select Yearly menu entry, you end up on a "page" where is no option to repeat lets say last/first Monday/Thursday/...
