Composer placement and reply experience
On desktop, the Composer has two modes: Normal and Maximized. The issue is that when replying to a message, the Composer overlays the email thread. This makes it frustrating to:
1) constantly scroll or minimize the Composer to view previous emails for context, or
2) manually drag the Composer to the left side for every reply.
Suggestions:
- Short term: Allow users to set a default Composer position (left or right side of the screen)
- Mid term: Redesign the experience so that replies are embedded in the email thread by default, using the pop-up Composer only as a fallback or a standalone setting option.

Can't believe it's already been a year and the reply experience is still so horrible! The Normal composer size blocks the entirety of the email you're replying to and makes it miserable to type anything unless you've memorized the entire email. 0/10
