Email translation in mobile app
the ability to translate a message within the mail app interface in one click, just changes the language while keeping the email in its original layout.
this feature exists in Gmail. as an expat living in another country, I used it on a daily basis. it's a big deal, being able to display a message as is but translated to your language, rather than having to copy paste it into a separate translator app.

Please add a translation feature to the mobile app and web. I live in Japan which I cannot read very well, so having translation is critical.
I'm trying to quit using Google, but having the in-app translation makes it hard to do so. As a privacy first organization, I would hope that Proton could implement this relatively quickly by integrating your own AI model, Lumo.
Translation has been requested numerous times and has received many upvotes. Do you guys even read these requests?

For me this is a big deal, for my wife this mean that the move to Protonmail will be impossible.
We are expats and rely heavily on translation assistance from Spanish to English and viceversa.
We use Deepl as subscribed users and are happy to pay the required addin feature by using this.
