Show which folder an email is in
Currently a user, cannot identify where an email is positioned in the folder tree, like when the emails are liste after a "search" action: no info in the email-list, no info on the banner, no info on menus, ...
Instead this information is very important and should be clearly highlighted, perhaps with a pop-up.
Thanks

I agree. Gmail definitely did this with its nested labels (technically all email were only in either the inbox or all mail folders). So I would have labels read financial/bankname/statements; finanical/bankname/communications. I could keep the labels the same color because I could clearly ready them.
With Proton we both have limited colors making it hard to use colors as a clear identifier of the folder and it doesn't display the folder name only labels (and only one label with + on browser which infuriates me)!
Clearly displaying the folder path and all labels let's us know where things are and whether our filters are working as intended.

I agree. There are only so many folder colors and if grouping folders under one color it can make it hard to find where the email is located. I have a lot of folders and sometimes forget where I file things. Breadcrumbs would be good.

I would really appreciate this information too. Maybe a file path at the top of the page, similar to what you see in Windows Explorer?
