Allow using of parent-child setting for Label in Proton Mail similar to having child Folder under Parent Folder.

I'm begging you proton mail, please put in nested labels, for those of us who have multiple email accounts and you get hundreds of emails this is an absolute necessity. You don't even have to rearrange the architecture of the program, you just need to make it appear visually as if some labels are nested under others in the user interface. it should be an easy fix, and absolutely amazing. I guarantee you will get more subscribers.

Also, when looking at the inbox list of emails, only one label is shown for each email message. In case an email message has more than one label, it shoes one of the labels followed by the +1 symbol.

This is a bit annoying especially if the first label is "Important".

Without this, email will become a mess. It's good that folders do have nesting, but as long as an email can reside in only one folder, it's not good enough. This is one thing Gmail has done very well, and there's no shame in copying that.

Slowly migrating to Proton Mail and finding features like this unavailable is disheartening. Such a simple thing that makes a huge difference to organising emails.

Came from Google - never crossed my mind Proton would be missing such an incredibly obvious feature. Might not be staying purely because of this.

I am using a work-around: Label names are consequently composed of name of every higher level seperated by a "/", fx.:
IT/Security/encryptioñ
and...:
IT/Security/ VPN
etc.....
Cumbersome....

I imported my data from Gmail and it’s a mess with my labels in Proton Mail… Doing the same thing in Proton Pass gives me the same problem. So I still use other services instead of Proton because of this major issue.

Please for the love of God please.... If you want more Gmail converts you NEED to do this

I migrated over from Gmail and it never once occurred to me that PM wouldn't have nested label support. I had naively assumed nested labels were a baseline requirement for email.

Please make this a priority fix. I can't recommend PM to Gmail users if it is lacking such a basic feature. Thank you.

For me, nested label permit the best way to organize and research mail.
With all the labels on the same heigth, scrolling trought it is a nightmare.

In the process of migrating to Proton Mail from Gmail for the security and, while I'll manage alright, not having this feature has made the service already feel more clunky day-to-day
