signature template
Proton Workspace
I would welcome the addition of the ability to create signature templates for Proton Workspace.
- An organization user could choose a template and edit it with their own details.
- Even better — add a simple HTML editor for this (as a possible next step of the feature).
- Signature settings by an administrator are also missing. I can only set the Display Name.
In a more developed version, user details could be pulled directly from account settings — each organization user would have information listed about themselves (name, job title, etc.). Those details could be automatically inserted into the user's signature template. However, it's hard to say which direction you want to go and how polished and robust you want the environment to be.

Proton Mail is an excellent privacy-focused email service, but its email signature editor is too limited for business users.
Many companies rely on professionally designed HTML email signatures that include:
Company logo
Brand colors
Clickable website links
Social media icons
Contact information with proper layout
Legal disclaimers
Mobile-friendly formatting
At the moment, Proton Mail only allows a simplified rich-text editor, making it impossible to use existing corporate HTML signatures.
I would like Proton Mail to support one (or both) of the following:
Option 1
Allow users to switch to an HTML source editor and paste their own signature HTML.
Option 2
Provide an advanced signature builder that supports:
logo upload
tables/layouts
icons
colors
fonts
responsive formatting
This feature is especially important for businesses moving from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to Proton.
Professional email signatures are part of a company's identity and branding, and currently this is one of the biggest limitations preventing wider business adoption of Proton Mail.
I hope Proton will consider adding this feature.
